Well this was one judge who was ethical and “on his toes” and not just another judicial lackey out to protect the right of his lawyer cronies to fleece the victims.. Too bad the judge in frivolous lawsuit Case # 2006 CV-25 in Wilson County (Fredonia) Kansas hasn’t seen fit to demonstrate the same courage and insight by throwing this case out The plaintiff in this case is a chronic, serial litigant con artist with a life long personal, professional and legal track record that is scandalous to say the least. This disgruntled heir plaintiff is attempting to induce the court to void two Transfer on Death Deeds which were duly prepared and recorded by our deceased father’s estate planning attorney as per our father’s instructions.. And the plaintiff is attempting to induce the court to order that new deeds be drawn up deeding the contested properties to him and his son.
. Thus far the judge has consistently granted the plainiff’s repeated requests for case prolonging, legal fee generating extensions of the pre-trial “discovery process”. Thus far the plaintiff –, and the judge have succeeded in costing one other defendant and I around $51.000 (fifty one thousand dollars) in legal fee’s and costs in just the ongoing pre trial “discovery process”. The plaintiff operates a web site based attorney referral service at http://www.dial4lawyer.com. As you might have already suspected he lives in the courtroom suing people .He has at least 4 illegitimate children to his credit in addition to 5 legitimate children, three of whom want nothing to do with him.. He has also been charged, indicted and tried for arson, charged with solicitation for prostitution and sexual assault on a child, convicted of selling vehicles without a license etc Currently the judge is letting him “try his case on the Internet” at http://www.failvfail.com I suggest that you bring up the site and click on all of the links for a real education on what kind of plaintiff he is and what the judge is letting him get away with. His alias is Larry A MacPhale . If you will Google Larry A. MacPhale you will get even more education on what kind of a professional victim plaintiff and con artist he is and what the judge in Wilson County ( Fredonia), Kansas is letting him get away with.
Like thousands of other such cases it is a classic example and a blistering indictment of the
racketeering frivolous lawsuit industry in America and the parasite lawyers and professional litigants who feed off this racket. The Kansas Transfer on Death Deed “estate reform” legislation did not “kick the lawyers off he Probate Gravy Train” in Kansas as it was allegedly enacted to do.This case and many others prove it.
