Hard to believe, but Overlawyered turned 13 over the weekend. It’s hard to overstate the importance of Walter Olson to the tort reform movement. Through Overlawyered and his other writings, Olson puts the insanity of our legal system under a microscope on a daily basis – and in the process has helped build the intellectual foundation for every significant reform of our legal system. Congrats to Walter and everyone who brings us Overlawyered.
